About
the Center
The
Center for Postpartum Adjustment, a private and professional group
of mental health clinicians, was established in 1986 to provide
support for pregnant women or those with postpartum depression.
Our highly trained staff is especially sensitive to the impact PPD
can have on the new mother, father, baby, family unit, and society
as a whole.
The Center’s approach ensures that all aspects of the disorder
– psychological, biological and social – are adequately
considered. Every patient can be certain of an accurate diagnosis
and an appropriate treatment plan. When continuing treatment is
necessary, a personal approach is tailored to the individual needs
of the patient.
